i want to write and application that same as a mobile app.
Dec : we have a Microphone and i say for example "Hello", and my application detect that voice and open Hello.txt File.
Can you help me please?

I did it on windows once back in 2005 or so, and if I'm not mistaken Microsoft even has some downloads to use with their visual studio software.. but there is or was speech SDK downloads somewhere on their site but it was a long time ago.. I've been hooked on linux for the past few years though and have forgotten the specifics...
