How can I integrate your lib in easy steps to my application. Your example application seems very deep integrated in your library sources etc.

This project compiles as a standalone demonstration application.
You can modify the project to make it as a static library or a dynamic library.

Or you can just copy the files to your project. You just need the files indicated into the src/src.pri file to have a completely functionnal project.

You can write a project to compile QPrinterEasy as a library and send it by mail on qprintereasy@googlegroups.com, i will add it to the svn. You should accept the New BSD licence before !

Thanx for your reply. But in my project I don´t have any pri files I use only pro files. So I include the header for from the lib to my project and I try to compile and get some errors

X:\xxxxxxx\xxxxxxxx\xxxxxx\sources\tableeditor.cpp|429|undefined reference to `QPrinterEasy::QPrinterEasy(QObject*)'|

What do I have to add to my pro file ???

Thanx in advance

0) svn update

1) copy the needed files of QPrinterEasy into your project tree (src/*.h - *.cpp - *.pri) inside a specific dir (for eg : yourProject/contrib/qprintereasy).

2) in your application.pro add :
DEFINES += QPRINTEREASY_LIBRARY
include( relative/path/to/contrib/qprintereasy/src.pri )

3) Don't forget in your sources :
#include <qprintereasy.p>

4) run qmake && make

All should be find.

Ok I do it how you explained it but I get this error

contrib\qprintereasy\qprintereasy.cpp|32|qtextdocumentextra.h: No such file or directory|

I include the header like this
<qprintereasy.h>

and the first lines of my pro lines look like this

==================================
TEMPLATE = app
TARGET =
DESTDIR = bin/
DEPENDPATH += . HEADERS SOURCES
include( contrib/qprintereasy/src.pri )
DEFINES += QPRINTEREASY_LIBRARY

=======================================

I think you have to change the line 32 in qprintereasy.cpp from
#include <qtextdocumentextra.h>

to

#include "qtextdocumentextra.h"

am I right ???

That is strange, please svn update, verify that src.pri contains : INCLUDEPATH=$${PWD}

If it is , #include <qprintereasy.h> should work fine.

It would be nice to create a method to add a pie to the document......

void addPie( QStringlist values, location)

Or similar to this .....

only a idea....

that's an idea.
Other thing to code is addPixmap to the resources of the QTextDocument and add it with the correct resolution to the printed doc...

Do you code ? ;)

Do you have any suggestion how can I add css to the previewed document:

d->content()->addResource( QTextDocument::StyleSheetResource, QUrl( "format.css" ), css );

d->content()->setHtml( html );

is this possible???
