Description:

CopyQ is advanced clipboard manager with searchable and editable history with support for image formats, command line control and more.

It's actually Qt5 app too. Only problem is that under Ubuntu (Unity) the regular tray may not work at all. Well, you'll be still able to access the app from the side panel.

Also on Windows the Qt5 requires some big dependency to be bundled with the app (see http://qt-project.org/wiki/Qt-5-ICU), but developers are trying to replace it.
