Why you need a commercial version ?
You can choose to use eXaro as a GPL v3 or LGPL v3 library, ONLY the designer and the barcode plugin are GPL v3.
The designer is used ONLY to create reports so you can ship it with your closed source apps as it is.
The barcode plugin I can't release it under LGPL because it's depending on Zint library which is GPL v3 ONLY.
AFAIK eXaro is used in some ERPs (form Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Italy)

If you want to give money you can make donations, that will help eXaro to grow fast.

I understand why you asked me for commercial, but I don't understand why you don't use LGPL version of eXaro ?
You can use eXaro in ANY commercial application as a shared library.

I'll be more the happy to see eXaro used in more apps (even closed source ones), the reason why I created eXaro, is to be used !!! :)

You don't bother me, I'm sorry you understand that, you see my English is not so good ...
I didn't want to offence you.

...applications is very easy!!!
First of all, thanks for you beautiful tool but it's not so easy to use because:
1) Installing and then running eXaro under WinXP you cannot create any database due to the missing drivers(is missing the sqldrivers folder)!
2) You cannot use eXaro engine because is missing the headers, I mean reportengine.h and so on. Where do I find them?
3) I downloaded the source code without any instruction on how to biuld (yes, I'm so newbie)!

PLEASE include a little and running example in the next release!

I can't provide you all the sql drivers for qt, it's not this project scope, if you want more sql drivers you have to manually compile them. Here http://qt.nokia.com/doc/4.5/sql-driver.html you will find more infos on this topic.

If you are talking about windows installer, you are right, that installer only contain the designer, no dev files, sorry.

You have to learn how to compile with cmake.
The basic scenario is:
cd to_your_source
mkdir build
cd build
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=where_you_want_to_install_it
make && make install

You should read this http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/runningcmake.html and if you need more info please read the cmake wiki/docs or google for more docs and examples.

I promise in 2.0.1 I'll add a little example.

eXaro seems to be really good, but I can't put it to work...

I've installed on WinXP, the editor opens, but it can't find any database driver. I already compiled the IBASE (there is also ODBC and SQLite), where I should put the DLLs files? Or what shoud I do?

Sorry, I'm newbie in Qt (started yesterday)...

Thank you very much...

PS: I've tried the SourceForge Forum first, but seems to be closed...
